I’m Anders Sandholm a personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Orlando, Florida. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and abilities from all over the world both in person and online. My approach to fitness is largely inspired by the coaches and role models that I have had walking along side me while on my own fitness journey. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at, and finding individualized, sustainable solutions to help them achieve their health, wellness, and fitness goals.

1 to 1 Coaching

Motivation, accountability, and support from a trusted guide will help you break through weight loss plateaus, gain the strength you’ve always wanted, come back from injuries, and love your training more than ever before.

In Person Training

I want to get to know you, what you want to accomplish, and what’s held you back in the past. Custom workouts will be designed based on your priorities and what motivates you to train, and your initial movement assessment.
